Upon receipt of this information, we will get back to you within two working days to let you know if the holiday is available or to let you know about possible alternatives.
In order to make the reservation, we will require 30% deposit payment of total price per person within 7 days of confirming the availability; otherwise we cannot guarantee your booking.
Afterwards we’ll send you your hotel confirmation and payment invoice.
Approximately 4 weeks before your departure date you’ll need to provide your final payment via bank transfer.
2 weeks before your holiday starts you’ll receive your Pre-travel pack via email: final travel itinerary and other information in details.
When bookings are made less than four weeks before the start of the tour, the full amount is payable at the time of booking or in cash.
Of course, if you have any queries about your booking prior to departure or if you’d like to make any amendments – such as upgraded travel, extra nights, room upgrades etc. – you can simply contact us via email.
